• You will be automatically muted during the session. This is to help with sound quality. One can unmute for doubts and concerns
• There is a full time assistant showing the correct pose on one screen(Spotlighted)
• Neeru on the other hand is demonstrating, giving instructions and simultaneously looks at the students in Gallery Mode on a large screen and points out individuals mistakes and improvements 
• Every batch has their unique WhatsApp group , where sequences are shared , home practices are given , pictures/videos are exchanged.
